MEDICAL WEIGHT LOSS "The Ashworth WeighTM":
Dr. Ashworth's weight loss programs are referred to collectively as "The Ashworth Weigh's: Shakes and Solids Medical Weight Loss Programs". We offer Advanced Health Systems weight loss supplement shakes. These are fast and effective shake supplements that contain a combination of protein, carbohydrates, fat, and minerals. These programs are structured to control insulin levels resulting in loss of fat, not muscle. Patients are given options for low glycemic index foods (bought at the grocery store) to be combined with these shakes in a reduced calorie weight loss program.
BIO-IDENTICAL HORMONE REPLACEMENT THERAPY:
If hormone levels are getting in the way of weight loss, or just feeling normal again, Bio-Identical HRT may be the answer! Indeed when first starting to practice medical weight loss the difference between the 25-30 year old patients weight loss, and that of the 45-50 year olds was staggering. The younger patients always seemed to lose weight faster. The playing field was evened when Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement was begun! We will measure individual hormone levels to determine if they are low, and formulate a replacement protocol that will reverse the conditions these low levels of hormones are causing.
HUMAN CHORIONIC GONADOTROPIN (HCG):
The HCG program is combined with Dr. Ashworth's Shakes and Solids Medical Weight Loss programs. This answers the critics' questions regarding the low, unhealthy calorie counts that are usually used with HCG. The medical shakes and foods that are used in combination with HCG preserve lean muscle, and prevent the weight re-gain so common with this type of program. Dr. Ashworth created the program using the originator's published manuscript of HCG for use as a weight loss agent, Dr. Simeon. AESTHETICS:
On the Aesthetic side, Dr. Ashworth performs Botox injections for moderate to severe facial wrinkles that occur with facial expression such as the "Crows Feet" or "Frown Lines" between the eyes. He also utilizes Juvederm in the treatment of deep wrinkles that are present without facial expression such as the naso-labial folds, and the deep lines that are between the eyebrows. These lines usually require a filler such as Juvederm to achieve the desired appearance.
LIPOSCULPTURE:
