BOOT CAMPS: "THE ASHWORTH WEIGH"

The Boot Camp leads eventually to Dr. Ashworth's Annual: CROSS-TRAINING CHALLENGE. Last years competitors are listed below. This years challenge will be structured a bit differently, but that is where the value of showing up to the training sessions will pay off. "Pay Off" because aside from the trophy the $250.00 in cash still goes to the fastest time overall. The BOOT CAMPS will be held at the Magic Forest Playground, next to The Trails Shopping Center on the corner of Nova Rd. and Wilmette Ave.
I will be running the training sessions which will be held twice per month. They will be bright and early at 8:30AM. I will hold them on the 2nd and last Saturday of every month. The first training session for 2010 will be on Saturday, April 24th. The training sessions should not last more than 45 minutes. This years competition will be held in the fall when the weather cools off. Time goes by faster than you think so SHOW UP and be ready by the fall competition!
